At al-Ajwa.store, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide our customers with a convenient and trustworthy shopping experience. This option allows you to pay in cash at the time you receive your order from the courier. To ensure transparency and smooth service, the following COD policy applies to all orders.

All Cash on Delivery orders are processed only after successful confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp. This confirmation is necessary to avoid fake or mistaken orders. If an order is not confirmed, al-Ajwa.store reserves the right to cancel it without prior notice.

Customers are required to keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery, as courier riders may not always carry change. Payment must be made directly to the courier before receiving the parcel.

In case a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason, this may lead to account blacklisting. Repeated refusal or fake orders can result in permanent restriction from COD service. In such situations, future orders may only be accepted on advance payment.

If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or broken, they are eligible for an exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy. The customer must inform al-Ajwa.store within 3 days of delivery and provide clear pictures or video evidence. Once the issue is verified, our team will arrange an exchange.

Delivery times are handled by third-party courier services. While we always try to deliver orders as quickly as possible, al-Ajwa.store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
